Account Executive

  • Handle full set of accounts, including month end activities, ensuring accurate recording of transactions and provide timely financial information
  • Responsible for daily accounts function that covers Account Payable, Account Receivable, General Ledger and Financial Reports
  • In-charge of daily revenue checking and daily reporting
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and coordinate and monitor daily bank balances, including payments and collections.
  • Assist in preparation of monthly management reports, cash flow projections, analysis reports, reconciliation reports and other account related matters
  • Liaise with Auditor, Tax Agent on audit, tax and statutory requirements
  • Liaise with other departments, bank or authorities on matter related to scope of work and when required
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks assigned
  • Assist in office administration works
  • Must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Required language(s):  Chinese, English,Bahasa Malaysia,
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Knowledge on full set of accounts is a pre-requisite.
  • Must be able to handle pressure well.
  • Preferably with own transportation.
  • Personal Traits : High initiative, result-oriented, mature, Independent and strong sense of responsibility.
