  • To build strong & positive customer relationship. To deliver excellent customer service through email and phone. To respond promptly to customer enquiries tactfully & professionally To handle customer complaints and incoming inquiries with the ability to analyse and understand customers needs. To coordinate between the customers and relevant department to ensure orders delivered timely. To follow-up on customers interactions consistently.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Certificate or Diploma in any field.
  • Required skill(s): good personality, independent and professional work ethics, good communication skills in english and bahasa malaysia. Responsible, meticulous and initiative with strong interest in customer service.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably applicants specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • 6 Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Able to start work immediately.
