We are seeking for a search engine optimization manager to work with our stellar marketing team and focus on building new paid search campaigns, broaden our vital keyword and other pay-per-click relationships. (Ad Text optimizatiom, keywords optimization and etc)   Position description: 
  • Possess fundamental knowledge of paid search.
  • Assist in overseeing the execution and measurement of online media campaigns
  • Develop, test and analyze keywords and key phrases for ad copy, bidding strategies and landing page URLs to maximize results, drive volume, accelerate conversions, and reach company targets
  • Assist and maintain a variety of companies search marketing activities on multiple search engines such as Google and Yahoo/Bing
  • Create campaigns, adgroups and text ads using several search engine interfaces
  • Manage all aspects of daily campaigns including adjusting cost per click bids, daily budgets, turning on/off adgroups, keywords and text ads to insure impression goals are met
  • Become the resident expert with regards to Search Engine Optimization tools, in order to garner the optimal amount of benefit possible. Apply information gleaned from the tool to day-to-day activities. Aggregate and disseminate tool findings so that other departments can benefit
  • Work with the leadership team to develop the strategic approach to a broad range of companies paid search objectives
  • Lead in the development of recommendation documents
  • Evaluate performances and provide constructive feedback
  • Attend training sessions and disseminate the information within the e-commerce teams
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, any field.
  • Required skill(s): MS Excel.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience as a SEO Specialist or SEO Manager is required for this position.
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Understanding of ecommerce best practices.
  • Analytical, with a good sense for data and the ability to leverage it for optimal fiscal and strategic performance.
  • Highly organized and efficient with time management skills to assure delivery of projects and placements within their specified completion dates.
  • Enthusiastic about web marketing and willing to keep up with the latest trends.
  • High degree of initiative with the ability to make recommendations and to take appropriate action
  • Passion for quality, performance, and Ecommerce, with a desire to be leading on the front lines of the future of how we go to market and dominate it.
