Customer Service Representative

  • Responsibilities
  • The primary objective of this role is to implement and support the overall Global EMS / Direct accounts to ensure optimal achievement of the company’s objectives. You will be responsible for interfacing with customers, sales or service representatives, BU, planners to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions.

  • You are required to respond to providing assistance to external/internal customers in areas such as order fulfillment processes, quote generation, customer service requests, product changes or returns, accounts receivable collections, contract issues/administration etc. Your job responsibilities may need you to be multi tasking and manage different projects / programs during same period of time.

  • You are required to process new orders, change orders and prepare schedule reports for the customer besides managing backlog, expediting across internal departments to influence production & shipping schedules. You need to work with internal divisions to create new accounts, drive customer specific order requirement and resolve shipment/billing issues. Processing and handling of failure analysis and material returns, by close coordination with quality team and customers for RMA closure.

  • You will be required to solve complex administrative and non-technical problems requiring breadth/depth of customer service knowledge.


  • Mandatory Skills
  • Analytical, multi task and problem solving capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills. Proficiency in English and Mandarin language (spoken and written) are essential.
  • Good in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Outlook skills and preferably some experience with business applications (SAP, Model N, BI)
  • Good time management and team player

  • Preferred Skills
  • Project management skill, Business Intelligence experience

  • Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field

  • Experience
  • 1)Preferably > 2 years of relevant working experience
  • 2)Experience working in a global organization
  • 3)Experience working effectively with diverse groups
  • 4)Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • 5)Knowledge of SAP and Model N would be an added advantage
  • 6)Proven ability to prioritize and multi task
