Responsibilities:
you MUST do..
  1. Picking up incoming enquiries either via phones or emails.
  2. Be able to use and reply Hulala Malaysia social media platforms and providing the answer to each question ask.
  3. Be the front liner to response to customer queries and complaints using excellent communication tone and friendly manner.
  4. Taking initiative to look for answer from the the complaints  and enquiries
  5. Perform basic organisation skills in compiling complaints and enquiries
  6. Always have the correct mindset that the customer is always right
  7. Able to work on Day and/or Night shifts both on weekends and/or weekdays (if necessary)
Requirements:
you MUST be..
  1. Fluent in English with an excellent standard of written and spoken communication 
  2. Be able converse in Mandarin in an extra advantage
  3. Always enjoy be on the computer and enjoy postings on Facebook, Twitter or Blogs
  4. Strong organisational skills and simple filling
  5. Communication skills and professionalism at the top level during hours office.
  6. Competent user of MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) 
  7. Happy character, positive mindset and self-motivation are all essential!
  8. Flexible, accept people opinions, enjoys a competitive and fast growing working environment
  9. Willing to work on night shifts and/or during the weekends (if applicable)
  10. Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
  11. Required language(s): English,   Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese 
  12. Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
